By accessing or using Mouthful ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mouthful is a nutrition tracking application that allows users to:

• Log food entries via voice, text, or manual input
• Track macronutrients and calories
• Monitor daily habits and streaks
• Receive AI-powered food suggestions (Macro Magic)

3. Account Registration

To use Mouthful, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized account access

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: Basic features including unlimited food logging, daily tracking, and streak calendar.

Pro Tier: Additional features including Macro Magic suggestions, advanced analytics, and priority support.

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies
• You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Misuse the AI features to generate inappropriate content

6. Health Disclaimer

Important: Mouthful is a tracking tool, not medical advice.

• Nutritional information is estimated and may not be 100% accurate
• Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary advice
• The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition
• AI suggestions are for convenience and should be verified

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Mouthful are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into Mouthful. By using the App, you grant us a license to process this data to provide our services. We will not share your personal data without consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mouthful is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in nutritional data
• Health outcomes from using the App
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party services or links

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
