How do I log food with my voice?

Tap the microphone button and simply say what you ate. For example: "I had two eggs and toast with avocado for breakfast." Mouthful will automatically identify the foods and estimate the macros. It's that easy!

How accurate are the nutrition estimates?

Our AI uses a comprehensive food database to provide estimates. For packaged foods, we match exact products when possible. For home-cooked meals, we estimate based on typical portions. You can always adjust quantities manually for better accuracy.

What is Macro Magic?

Macro Magic is our premium feature that suggests foods to help you hit your remaining macro targets. It learns your preferences and suggests foods you'll actually want to eat. It's like having a nutritionist in your pocket!

How do streaks work?

Complete all your daily goals (log food, track weight, log movement) to earn a full day on your streak. If you complete at least one goal, you'll get partial credit. Your streak calendar shows your consistency over time.

Can I use Mouthful offline?

You can view your logged food offline, but voice logging and syncing require an internet connection. We're working on improved offline support for future updates.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Settings → Export Data to download all your food logs, progress data, and statistics as a CSV file. Your data is yours.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

The app isn't recognizing my food correctly. What do I do?

Try being more specific (e.g., "grilled chicken breast" instead of just "chicken"). You can also manually search for foods using the search bar, or edit entries after logging to correct any mistakes.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never sell your personal data. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
